The practice of reflexology goes beyond the feel good effects of a session. Reflexology goes deeper than the skin by stimulating specific reflex points on the foot that correspond to muscles, bones, organs and glands in the body. Stimulating these reflex points helps to relieve stress and is thought to encourage the body’s innate ability to heal, balance, repair and restore itself.
